Mail-In Contributions
 To Set Up A Recurring Credit Card Payments

Once you contribute to the PAC, you will not maintain control over those funds. The funds are then pooled together and used to support candidates of both parties who value Wisconsin hospitals.

If you are interested in setting up a recurring donation, follow these instructions. We recommend printing these, as the instructions are not on the donation form page. Improperly filling out the form may result in errors in your recurring payments. For recurring contributions, you will basically make your first contribution as of today’s date and then establish the number/frequency of any subsequent recurring donations you would like.


Note: if you have saved a profile before, you can login using the email address and password created on your last donation to pre-fill your information. This is NOT a required area, despite the red indicators.


To set up a recurring credit card contribution:


  1. Enter your first payment amount in the field designated as "Donation Amount". This will be pulled from your credit card TODAY. Note: this is your first payment and NOT the total amount you want to donate.
  2. Then you will set up details about your subsequent recurring payments:
    • Each Recurring Payment Amount – This sets up how much you want to contribute in each subsequent contribution.  
    • Frequency - This is how often you want future donations to occur (ex: monthly)
    • Start Date – Remember that under #1, you made your first contribution, which established your date start. Your frequency date would then guide when you want the recurring payments to begin in the future.
    • Total Number of Payments – This reflects the number of recurring payments. Do not count your first contribution in this total.
  3. Fill in your billing address information.
  4. Fill in your email and create a password. 
  5. Important: Check the "Save customer profile?" checkbox. If you do not check this box, recurring payments will NOT be set up and only a one-time payment will be processed.
  6. Fill in the remaining fields and "Submit Donation" Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email. Check that at the bottom of the email it has your recurring payment information. If it does not, contact Kim Drone at 608-268-1837 or kdrone@wha.org.
